Final Grade and Justification
I believe that I deserve a low A, around my midterm grade.
Since the midterm, I have continued to participate actively in planning events and attend all meetings. This year in Leadership, I have maintained a positive attitude despite facing more challenges academically and during events (Grade 10 Day and Spring Fling). These challenges forced me to reevaluate how I contribute to events and the way I manage my time so that I can balance all my responsibilities. This semester, I have also attended more optional events and extra event meetings, such as promoting Spring Fling to students during ESS, designing multiple bulletin boards, and promoting events in the foyer at lunch.
Overall, I worked towards my previous goals and was successful in some aspects (utilizing my strengths). I believe that, although I have much to improve on, Leadership has helped me become more well-rounded. I made many precious memories and new friends, and am grateful for what I have learned during my two years in Leadership.
