The first goal for me is to properly hand in my assignments on time from this day forward. The way I could achieve this is that i need to pay more attention to my work. I could do that by checking teams more, so I don’t get a Suprise assignment i have to do. i will also try to finish my assignments on time quicker and before i do something less productive.

The second goal is like my first one and that is to use my time more efficiently. I could achieve that by waking up slightly earlier and doing some homework or studying when i eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. therefore, i could multitask and save the very precious time I have

the goal number 3 is to not get bored easily and try to pay attention more. the way i can do that is to put music in one air pod and put a beat so when the teacher is talking it’s like he is trying to freestyle rap and occasionally when he or she rhymes a word it is cool, I guess. 

 

4 

I want to do 150 minutes of cardio every day because I don’t want to be obese. I can achieve this by at least 22 min of cardio every morning. If I missed a day, I would make it up the next day. 

 

5 

I would also want to do about 45 min of weightlifting, so I become stronger and less obese. I can do this after school before I do homework. Also taking some caffeine for an extra boost will help a lot. I cannot keep making excuses and doing things. I could not do this because I don’t want to end up obese, or weak. Every day shall consist of different workouts.

My other goal is to eat healthier, especially at breakfast. I usually eat trash in the morning but ever since my goal, I have been a lot healthier. Eating unnecessary food and trash food is what gets people obese and it is not me. My immune system digests fast because I used to eat a lot, but with self-control, I can strive to have a better body. I cannot make excuses too because everyone can change, especially me. Some people give up because of genetic conditions but it’s just a excuse and I will not be one of those people.

My other goal is to wake up earlier to be more successful. The earlier I can wake up the more things I can accomplish. That leaves more time to do homework and work out. Some days, I am too busy to workout which is not ok. This is what causes obesity and it’s not going to be me.  

 

my other goal would be to limit my caffeine consumption because I don’t want to be an Addict or depend on it. Although I’m waking up a lot earlier, I must only use caffeine a little at a time and not every day. Meaning that I would need to cycle off once a month at least.
 

10 my last goal would be to make a commitment to achieving these 9 goals. I can do this by remembering why I chose these goals and thinking about them everyday.
