Comparison of Leadership from 2022 to this year.
Ever since I joined Leadership, the biggest improvement I’ve made was my confidence. When I was fresh into Leadership, I was a rather reserved and quiet person. So, I rarely tried to be the leader or point person because I feared I wasn’t suited for the role. Looking at me now, I would say this course has immensely assisted in boosting my confidence and encouraging my leadership skills. The younger me can thank me now because I am more communicative and no longer fear social settings as much as I used to.
