Reflection 1 – My Goals for This Year

  1. Spend more time and build stronger relationships with friends and families around me. To do so, I would finish my work asap, invite them to go to activities with me, and talk to them when they need someone to talk to. I chose this to be my goal is because friends and family are important to me. Therefore, I would like to build a stronger relationship with them.
  2. I would try my best to finish all my work on time and hand them in knowing that I have tried my absolute best. To achieve that, I will use my time wisely, rest when I need to and not procrastinate. In the past years, I have noticed how important it is to finish my work on time thus, I would like to improve on that this year. 
  3. Take a walk outside and get some fresh air every day would be my health goal this year. To achieve this goal, I can start building up the habit of taking a walk outside. I can start slow by taking a walk outside for ten minutes and turn this into a habit bit by bit. I could also add up the time when I feel comfortable. I chose this goal to be my goal of the year because I believe it will positively change my lifestyle.
