An assignment I had to do this past semester in which I used the creative fluency was in my info tech 9 class. I was assigned to design a 3D model of a modern eco friendly house. I had to use a program called SketchUp to design my house.
IDENTIFY: to “identify” my assignment I first looked at the criteria and instructions that my teacher put for us. I also asked my teacher questions if I didn’t understand something.
INSPIRE: for my project I had to make an eco friendly modern home. I searched for some inspiration on different eco friendly houses such as using solar panels, using skylights, and even building a greenhouse/ garden.
INTERPOLATE: I took all the different parts and components that I liked from all the different examples of houses that I looked at. I found that I was really liked the houses that had lots of natural light coming inside and having lots of large windows. I also really liked all the plants and trees and the use of wood in the houses.
IMAGINE: once I had a clear idea on how I wanted my house to look like I drew a semi-detailed picture on how I wanted it to look. I also put all the dimensions, and then I made the model of the house on SketchUp.
INSPECT: Once I was done I looked through the criteria page that my teacher had made and I made sure I had added everything that I was supposed to do.
