From the beginning of the year till now, I’ve seen a lot of growth. This is my first year doing leadership so I was very nervous and a bit under confident at first. Thankfully, I had friends in leadership who helped me get familiar with what happens. Over time, I got comfortable and more confident. I saw myself participating in more events and not being scared to talk about my opinions in group discussions. Being in leadership has been a fun experience so far. I have learned a lot and been allowed to demonstrate my leadership skills in many ways.
