The project that I was working on is CO2 Race Car from Power Technology 9. During producing this project I have used the five I’s to complete each step of the process.

Identify: In order to get a good mark on the c02 race car, the scale and full-scale drawing have to be accurate, the finishing Quality has to be well, and the appearance of the car needs to be aesthetic. The challenge for me is the aesthetic of the car because I am not really an artistic and creative person, so the only solution is to improve the quality of my race car.

Inspire: The teacher allows us to find examples online and we also have to draw the side and top view of the car. This is the example and I found that I like the most.

I think that simple is the best because if too much color is added to this car, the view would become chaotic.

Interpolate: The good co2 race cars usually have a lot of deduction in terms of the wood because the lighter it is, the faster it is. But because I am not an expert on operating machines, I think that I’d rather choose to be safe than choose to be fast.

Imagine:

Before actually starting to operate, we have to draw the top view and the side view of the car and a 3d model as well. It is really important that the measurement was accurate, or it would not work.

Inspect:

This is my finishing product. Although the color is a bit odd the quality of the car was good and the measurement was accurate. Most importantly, it could operate in the race, so I would say that this is pretty good.
