As a volunteer, I helped with setting up, handing out, and cleaning up for the Grade 11 Day. For setting up, I brought up extra tables from the old kitchen, moved drinks onto the tables, and helped make the tables presentable. I handed out ice cream at the end of the tables and had to be firm since there were no seconds for ice cream. I cleaned up by picking up garbage and putting the tables away. It was a great event and it was cool to see so many people together in the courtyard talking and having fun.
