My Plan For Screen Time

My weekly plan…


Health Plan


I will spend around 15 and a half hours of physical activity per week.

The examples for this is firstly I have my P.E class in the morning for 1 hours and 20 x 5 times a week. Then I have basketball practice which is 1 hour and 30 minutes to -1 hour 5x a week. Then lastly I have soccer which is 1 hour practice with a game that is 1 hour and 30 mins. I will also get lots of physical health activities done because I walk and take transit to school which is 25 minutes x 5 times a week.


Education Plan


 I will spend around 8 hours and 45 mins of education.

To take care of my education I have a tutor for 1 hour 5x a week. Then I usually spend 30 mins to 1 hour or 45 minutes for any homework that I didn’t do for school. And lastly I am forced to go for a debate class which is 1 hour and 45 minutes once a week. To take care of my education I have to stick to my plan of 30 minutes to 1 hour of homework. As you can probably tell I am not good at this since I am handing this assignment in late. To make sure I stick to this plan I will put reminders on my phone to do homework and  remind me what I need to do.


Social Bonds


I will focus 5 to 10 hours of social bonds per week.

I usually get social bonds at school but sometimes to get my social bonds I will play games with my friends to talk to them. I also sometimes play basketball on weekends with them.

 

Stopping rules


School technology stopping rules


If I do use my phone to much during school. I will lock my phone in my locker making me not be able to access it during classes. None of my classes require my phone only my laptop. My second rule to stop me is that if I overuse my phone I will set a time screen lock on it till the rest of class so I wont use it.


Home technology stopping rules

 

For my home technology stopping rules I would make sure to use my technology only for 30-45 minutes of consumption and then I would spend the rest of the time of productive use. I would also start creating habits like not using my phone before bed or no phone will eating.

Reflection-1 My Goals For This Year

My goals for this year.

My goal for this year is to have different friends for all 5 of my different blocks. I would like to spend more time with my family while keeping up with good grades. I also want to hang out with my friends from different schools while having good grades at least once a week. If I fulfill my goal I won’t stress a lot during this year.

I would like to do all my assignments and homework with good marks to make sure that I can get good grades. I also do not want to procrastinate to do homework because if I procrastinate I might not be able to have any more time to do the homework. To do this I want to have no late homework for the next month and by the end of this semester have only a few late assignments. I would like to learn new things this year and expand my knowledge, to do this I need to pay attention in class and not get distracted by others.

For my health, I would like to be able to run for 45 minutes straight at a jogging speed. I would also like to be able to do this once in 3 days. I would like to be physically active practicing basketball and soccer for 45 minutes every 2 days to make sure that I don’t fall behind in those activities. I also want to eat healthy more healthy and have only 13g of sugar per day.

I would like to achieve most of these goals because it will help me do better for the upcoming years of high school and will help me a lot in the future.
