I like this quote because, sometimes we cant see the value of a person, a moment or other things until it pass. We should more enjoy the moment a 100% . After that people can have some regrets because they didn’t enjoy enough or gave enough attention.

I choose this picture again because, I really like to swim when I’m stressed out or having anxiety I like to swim. When its hot over the summer I like to play in the water.. I usually go to lakes over the vacations and  like to spend time there.
