NOAH’S EXTRAVAGENT DISHES

For my first independent explorations I wanted to think of something simple yet new that I haven’t tried. I knew that for I wanted to make something that brings Asian culture. I’ve tried spam before and loved to eat it while camping, it was usually fried and was served with a steamed hot rice, that memory lead me to try and do spam musubi, I’ve learned what it is through watching other people make it and then eating it, that’s how I learned to use a can to make the spam musubi. I also learned that frying the spam was the most easiest way to cook the spam, but what could I do to make it more tasty, I’ve known that there are many types of Musubi, and for one of them they like adapt the recipe by incorporating a sweet soy sauce to enhance the flavor.
