Health  I will spend 9 hours on my health every week. This includes but is not limited to running (either outside or on a treadmill) for 30 mins, pushups or weights, and watching my diet so I do not eat too many snacks. Note that I have PE class, which counts toward this time.
 Education  I will spend 14 hours on my education every week. After I have finished my school homework, which generally takes less than 30 mins, I do my homework for extracurricular classes for 1 hour. Then I’ll spend 30 mins on various other skills I am learning, one of them being digital art.
 Social  I will spend 5 hours on social bonds. I will play badminton with friends and I watch movies every weekend with my family.
 School  Putting my phone in my backpack or in the phone pocket. I will also turn off my phone. My computer will be half-closed when I am not using it
 Home  Use a browser extension. Use built-in phone function.
