My plan for Screen time

My plan for Screen time:

Health:

  • During the week I will spend around 1 hour playing volleyball outside with friends, if the weather is appropriate.
  • 2 examples of how I’ll take care of my health: I’ll try to eat healthier, cut down sugary things and replace it with healthier alternatives, and I’ll try to go out for walks with friends around my neighborhood once a week.

Education:

  • I will spend 2 hours on my education and doing homework per week.
  • 2 examples of how I’ll take care of my education: I could do some extra homework if I’m struggling in any subjects or anything. I could also study for any upcoming tests ahead of time if I have one.

Social Bonds: I will spend 2 hours on social bonds during the week.

  • I will call a friend and just chat with them for a while. I will also go to a close friends house and hangout.

School:

I will turn my phones Wi-Fi off so I don’t get any notifications from any apps, I will also put my phone away in my locker or backpack for the whole day, so I’m not distracted by it.

Home:

I could divide the time I use on my electronics throughout the whole day, so I spend 30 mins on my phone, then spend 30 mins doing something productive, and so on. I could also turn off my electronics or turn the house Wi-Fi off at 9 or 10 pm.
