Final Report

Goals:

1. Gain as much experience as possible and jump on any opportunity allowed by the restrictions of necessary tasks.
2. Reserve judgments on team members and focus on thinking about how to bring out strengths. Don’t let subconscious judgments guide task dealings.
3. Be a point person once more.
4. Recognize ego in a group setting and prevent its illogical sway.
