Hello! Today’s food was Japchae! Here’s the photo of my final dish.

Unfortunately, I didn’t have any glass noodles so I used spaghetti noodles as a substitute.

The  key point of this dish is Glass noodles! So if you are making Japchae use Glass noodles! That’s what makes special about Japchae!

Also, with the noodles, it was a bit uncooked so next time, I will becareful about time and there were more vegetables and meat than noodles so I will try to match the ratio.

This is a Korean dish that Koreans enjoys to eating on special days like someone coming over to your house to eat or birthdays. Since I’m from Korea, I want to cook my local food without a measurement or recipe like my parents. They cook very well.  I will keep practicing making my traditional foods until I reach my goal.
