I signed up as a volunteer for the Christmas Night Market at the Evergreen Cultural Centre. As a volunteer, I guided vendors to their tables in the market with instructions and a layout sheet given to me by the organizer, Betty Siu. I helped carry merchandise from cars and helped vendors with locations and setting up. I volunteered for two days, the first day I directed and helped vendors, and on the second day, I did what I did on day one but also took up another position at the doors in the main lobby to let people out and mark them in case they would like to come back in.
