At the beginning of leadership, I found it difficult to work with others, but through my role as a point person, I was able to understand that not everything could be done by me and with a good team, great things can be accomplished. This has been one of my goals since the start of the semester, as when I go to post-secondary for engineering, I will be working in many teams, so building strong team habits is important to me.
