Short Biography of Stephen King…
Stephen Edwin King is a 75-year-old American author who has written hundreds of famous stories. He is most known for the books adapted into movies, such as The Shining and The Green Mile. He, working as a teacher, established himself as a writer after graduating from the University of Maine.
King’s family during his childhood was poor. He was raised in Durham, Maine, without his biological father. He became ever-growingly wealthy as his successful writing career took off, currently estimated at $500M in net worth. King is known especially for horror stories, in which he is unparalleled. He works also in sci-fi, supernatural fiction, suspense, crime, and fantasy. These genres were all introduced to King as a child, developing a love for the art of writing.
