Compared to the beginning of the year, I have grown in many areas. In many of the beginning events, I mostly did as I was told. I followed the point leaders instructions, and did nothing more, nothing less. Approaching the end of the year (2022), I started to take more initiative. When I saw a problem, I sought to fix it. For instance, at the meet the teacher event, when I found out some teachers were away I found out the reason and relayed it to them. At the 25th anniversary event I strayed from my post to help others man the food and drinks table. Although I did improve, my growth was not as high as it should have been. I would say that by the end of the year I should have been point leader once, but my academics got in the way. For future I will not hesitate to take charge, regardless of my busy schedule.
