In a leadership course, there are a number of key skills that are essential for success. These include effective communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and the ability to inspire and motivate others. I deserve a 90 in this leadership because I have demonstrated excellent growth in these areas and have consistently gone above and beyond in my efforts to develop my leadership skills.One of the most important qualities of a successful leader is the ability to communicate effectively with others. I have shown exceptional communication skills both in my interactions with peers and in my written work. I can articulate their ideas and opinions, and am able to listen actively to the ideas and opinions of others.
