Phantom pens are is a writing utensil that is a fixed to your needs and personality perhaps if you are someone who is fancy would most likely want an expensive brand that has a proper gold nib whereas if you are a person who doesn’t like to spend a lot and it’s quite Frugal you most likely want a pen that is around the price range of 5 to $10 now even though fountain pens seem to look expensive there are many different pens that may look expensive but are very cheap such as the Metropolitan the pilot Metropolitan so on the outside Metropolitan looks like a very luxurious pen that most likely would have cost someone $500 or much more however the price of a pile of Metropolitan depending on where you live can actually arranged around 20 to 50 dollars no the uniqueness of the pilot Metropolitan is that it is useful for beginners and people who are already well well now who is knowledgeable about fountain pens now as a friend use them great care is needed for the fountain pen to be useful and enjoyable to write when the pen when the nib is not good it gives this very very unpleasant experience which furthermore causes the person to develop this boring feeling of when using a fountain pen so the fountain pens Noob is a critical part of the fountain pen when I was a new phone to pen user I have meet the utmost hour of accidentally dropping my Phantom pen and nipped down the problem with dropping my front dependent down and was that it caused the nib to be misaligned through this alignment was an awful experience to have because when I was fighting with it I felt the scratchy and unwelcoming feeling that I wouldn’t have gotten if it wasn’t dropped down so when I dropped the nib I had unfortunately felt the pain of that pen I felt as if it was no longer usable and useful as the lines from this aligned I tried many ways to fix the misalignment there’s a trick online that if you pushed the nib and then rocket you’re able to fix the misalignment I try that but I’m fortunately it did not work the nib was gone in the DIY hack I used was made even worse riding with it so when I started to get more experienced with using a fountain pen situations like that didn’t occur back to when I was a newbie with a fountain pen I’ve made another air which I would always change the angle typically if I’m depending the bangle supposed to be 45 degrees but I was trying to do 50 or even higher because the ink wouldn’t float properly now there’s a term when the ink doesn’t flow properly it’s it’s due to it’s cold and it causes your pen to be scratchy and nothing and very dry the consequence as mentioned before like any other dropped Noob is that when the fountament is dry and Scratchy it gives us unpleasant feeling which no one wants no so after I got my first branded from defense because the fit part of the two phantomans I’ve been using were unbranded they were unknown to the community so when I first started using my problem Metropolitan it was an it was extra fine extra fine it was fantastic for new covers because it provides this balance between smoothness and little writing witch I prefer so anyways the Phantom pen was delightful to use I use it everyday however I would take extra precautions for this one because I did not want to ruin it nor wanted to be broken

Questions

How does the text deviate from conventions of written English?

While using my microphone to transfer my thoughts on to an empty canvas, immediately a problem arose with syntax and grammar. Compared to texts written by hand, the text to speech had only gathered the words from my mouth and neglected any form of grammar and punctuation. While rereading the paragraph, I’ve picked out many grammatical issues that made the paragraph extremely confusing and hard to comprehend. If the paragraph was created using written English, then the paragraph wouldn’t have been hard to read as it would have been edited and proofread to indicate and fix any problems. The text to speech also causes a lack of grammar whereas written english is where grammar is heavily focused on.

What is “wrong” in the text? What is “right”?

Besides the grammar and syntax errors another major problem found within the story was when words that sounded the same but have different meanings were confused with one another. My whole text to speech was about fountain pens. Throughout the storytelling, the microphone had trouble picking up the word fountain, instead it came out to be phantom and not fountain. Whether if this mistake was due to the microphone or due to my congested voice, it was a big problem. Even though the text was riddled with incorrected words, there were some good qualities. Throughout the text, there were phrases that came out to be perfect and what I wanted.

What are the most common “mistakes” in the text and why do you consider them “mistakes”?

From the past two questions, common mistakes were miswritten words and grammar issues. These issues had caused my theme to be confusing. The theme was about fountain pens, however the word fountain kept on changing to phantom. This was distracting when rereading the story as the story kept indicating phantom pens, which were not the pens that I was referring to.

What if you had “scripted” the story? What difference might that have made?

If the story was scripted, the various problems that lurked throughout the unscripted one would be imminent and gone. When scripting something, it passes through various stages that an unscripted story would not go through. One of the stages is editing. The editing section is important when creating a comprehendible story  and an easy to follow story. By editing the script, it would make the story was sensible and easier to read than the unscripted version as well prevented any mistakes that deeply affect the story.

In what ways does oral storytelling differ from written storytelling?

Oral storytelling uses the person’s direct comments to create a story. Usually these stories are about families and tales that were passed down from generation to generation. With oral stories, people can describe the story how they want to without being restricted and isolated with options. Written storytelling, on the other hand, has the exact opposite in terms of freedom and correctness. Through written story telling, it is hard to have freedom with words and harder to easily correct. With written storytelling, it is also restrictive on the fluidity of the story. Through written storytelling, punctuation and grammar are critical, which causes the story to be as un fluid whereas oral telling, punctuation is unnoticeable and therefore easily fluid and easy to follow along.
