Comparison

Reflecting on how much I have developed over the course of Leadership 12, I have fully achieved “big question” from our first assignment. My question was asking how I could be recognized for my hard work and effort. At first, putting myself out there has shown me results of being a point person and a natural leader. However, I have noticed I still recieve good affirmation from being a good follower and hard worker. Today, I have fully achieved my goal by presenting my hard work to my Leadership teachers by comprising physical and anecdotal evidence for my halfway mark in this course. A new question/goal I have for this term and the new year is to make deeper, lasting connects with those who can assist me in the professional world. I will seek mature individiuals who have similar goals and ambitions as I do–especially in my predicted career path–will be beneficial me and those who I can give advice and aid to.
