Considering the effort I put into this course, I believe I deserve a grade of 90%. As an event member, I never missed the meetings I signed up for, acknowledged my roles, and never left until the event was done. If it seemed like there were particular roles people were trying to avoid, I did not hesitate to do it instead. Although I didn’t fulfill the goal that I had during my midterm of being a point person, I did take the initiative to apply to be one whenever I could. I have shown self-awareness and a growth mindset, actively participated and engaged with the course material, embraced a collaborative and inclusive leadership approach, applied my learning to real-world situations, and engaged in reflective practice for continuous improvement. To be more precise, I was present for every leadership meeting. I handed in all the assignments and helped all of my leadership friends to the best of my abilities during every event. A 90% would accurately reflect my progress while acknowledging that there is still room for growth as I continue my leadership journey.
