For midterms, I deserve an A in Leadership. Some of the more minor reasons include:

  • I have attended every single Leadership meeting early.
  • I always try to show my activity on Teams by liking the posts and messages sent out
  • All my assignments were completed to the best of my abilities and handed in on time.

Most importantly, however, throughout this first semester, I have been consistently diligent in event planning and participation. I dutifully carried out my tasks as a helper, but also made sure that I went above and beyond by volunteering to do more. I got involved in several events outside of school hours and did more than what was expected of me. Take, for instance, the effort I put into the Remembrance Day planning and set-up. I also did my best to adapt to changes by calmly reassessing situations. Overall, my efforts and experiences throughout this course so far have helped me grow in several aspects of my personal life. Though I wish to get out of my comfort zone and take on the role of a point person, I have sharpened my leadership abilities and discovered plenty of approaches and responses by being a helper. For all these reasons, I believe that I should receive a grade in the 90s on my midterms.
