My Goals

• Lead an event as a point person
  • I have yet to lead an event as a point person, as I had always hesitated to volunteer as one, and had not been selected on the few times I did volunteer. However, from now on, I will work harder to ensure that I get to experience being able to plan an event as a point person so I can prove how much my leadership skills have developed.
• Be more Organized
  • I have often handed in assignments late, or left them until the very last minute to complete. This often results in me not producing my best work, which is why I am working on becoming more organized and on top of my tasks for the rest of the semester.
  • Another reason I would like to be more organized is because I have not been able to fully keep track of all the events I have participated in so far. I do not have pictures for all the events because I either forgot to take them, or they got deleted before I could save them from the teams channel.
