For this event, I came early in the morning with appropriate formal wear to help set up the gym. I set up chairs for teachers and students, helped with crowd control once the assembly began and handed out poppies to students who did not have one. I also managed the doors during the assembly to ensure no one came in midway and helped with clean up afterwards.
