During the first semester of Leadership, I feel that I worked extremely hard, participating in multiple events, and volunteering for ones which required extra help. For example, I volunteered for all three events during the first round because they needed more members, and I did everything I could to ensure the events ran smoothly, which they did. I have consistently attended all meetings, and emailed the leadership teachers ahead of time when I knew I could not make it. Additionally, most of my assignments have been turned in on time, and I have put in a lot of time and effort on each one ensuring that it was my best possible work. I have demonstrated strong leadership skills and pushed myself to improve those that were lacking at the beginning of the year. I believe I am deserving of a grade from the 88%-90% range based on my work and effort so far.
